Most of our events will be virtual again this year, but we will also be sharing small organized events offered by our partners with all safety protocols in place. Check out our Activity Calendar for more details!

If you have any virtual resources, live or in-person events with safety protocols in place that you think would enhance the week, please read on.

Contact us if any of these interest you, or you want to share your own great ideas.

When it comes to standing up for our ocean, no action or idea is too small.

  • Organize- Plan and organize an event, like bringing in a naturalist, screening a film or hosting a workshop.

  • Participate- Have a staff bonding or volunteer day during Oceans Week Victoria by coming out to an existing event.

  • Offer- Let us know if you have an extra boardroom, audio visual equipment, sponsorship funds or other resources to help out another event.

  • Collaborate- Connect with another business or organization to plan a joint event, or reach out to us if you’re looking for volunteers to help with your event.

  • Visit- Engage with your local environment and the organizations that work within them. Go on a nature walk or a boat tour!
